Tethyr by Exact Automation
For system integrators

Your brand on the portal. Our infrastructure behind it.

Offer your customers secure remote access to their on-prem VTScada and reliable alarm callout delivery, as a line in your own managed services. Operators sign in on your domain and see your name. Tethyr runs all of the infrastructure: nothing is hosted by you, and nothing by your customer beyond one lightweight connector.

Replies come from an engineer, not a sales sequence.

The branded portal

The address your operators visit every day is yours.

Custom access domains are already built: your customers reach VTScada at a hostname on your domain, with the TLS certificate managed automatically. On the roadmap, shaped with early partners: a fully branded operator portal, branded email, and a branded status page.

How it works

You sell it. We run it.

  1. 01

You bring the customer and set the price

You know the operator, you scope the sites, and the line goes on your invoice at a price you set. The onboarding and integration work stays yours, and so does the revenue for it.

    your customer, your invoice
  2. 02

We run the infrastructure under your brand

Your customer installs one lightweight connector. From there Tethyr operates everything: the outbound tunnels, the brokered access, the callout validation, the certificates, the uptime. Neither you nor your customer hosts anything.

connector on site, the rest on us
  3. 03

Your customers see you, we stay in the background

Day to day, operators use your domain and call your number. And when your customer's IT team runs a security review, they get the full architecture with Tethyr named as the operator. In the background, never hidden.

The split

What stays yours. What lands on us.

The division of labor is the point. Everything customer-facing is yours. Everything that pages someone at night is ours.

You keep

  • Your brand and your domain on the portal operators open every day
  • The customer relationship, and the invoice with your name on it
  • The onboarding and integration work, and the revenue that comes with it
  • A recurring line with room in it, at a price you set

We carry

  • The outbound tunnels and the brokered VTScada access
  • Security: tenant isolation, MFA, certificate management, audit trails
  • Uptime, monitoring, and the status page
  • The on-call pager, at 2 a.m. and every other hour
Who it fits

Built by an integrator, extended to integrators.

Tethyr comes from Exact Automation, a VTScada integrator that built it for its own customers first. The partner program extends the same product to other shops with the same kind of customers to serve.

You serve VTScada operators

Your customers run VTScada, in oil and gas or anywhere else, and need remote access to it, alarm callouts through Twilio, or both.

You bill recurring services

You already carry a monthly managed-services line, or you want a credible product to start one. This folds in as another line you own.

You want the offer without the operations

You want secure connectivity under your name without running servers, rotating certificates, or answering the pager at night.

If your customers do not run VTScada, Tethyr will not fit them yet. If they do, this is the shortest path to offering secure connectivity under your own name.

Start a partner conversation.

Tell us who your customers are and what you would want to offer them. An engineer replies, not a sales sequence, and there is nothing to sign up for yet. The program is early on purpose: the first integrators in will shape how the pricing, the branding roadmap, and the terms come out.
